  • Does house cleaning include laundry?
    No, unfortunately our cleaners do not provide laundry service.
  • Who will be entering my home?
    Cleantastic has a vast number of experienced, top-rated cleaners. All of our cleaners have passed a background check prior to employment. You will receive an email with details about your service prior to your appointment.
  • Can I cancel or reschedule my bookings?
    Yes! We understand situations arise and things come up. As long as you cancel or change your booking 24-hours ahead of the scheduled start time, you will not be charge a cancellation fee.
  • Does cleaning service include washing dishes?
    No, unfortunately our cleaners do not wash dishes.
  • Can I tip my cleaning pro?
    Tipping is always appreciated. It’s a great way to show your cleaner pro how much you enjoyed your final cleaning results. Tipping can be added during your checkout process.
  • What about pets?
    Homes with pets will incur a $25 flat fee to your bill to cover expenses, such as odor and pet hair removal. Homes with three or more pets will be charge an additional $15.00 per pet.
